Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before contacting them.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days.
Late or Missed Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is registered.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the donor had the order shipped to give it to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The return is free of charge only if:

2. The product arrived in a damaged condition to the customer.
Size exchange is possible but shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 80 euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
